Capacity for large parts, heavy units and repetitive industrial production
We do not judge capacity only by the maximum length or weight of the part. For each order, we handle the entire production process: handling, hanging, pre-treatment, painting, drying, quality control, documentation and shipping. Thanks to our facility near the D5 motorway in Pilsen, we also manage the reception and handling of oversized loads.

We paint oversized industrial parts as well as repeated B2B series of smaller products. For series, we deal with the hanging method, production batching, shade repeatability, inspection and packaging so that the result is stable across the entire order.

Handling prepared even for heavy and atypical products
For heavier or irregular parts, we suggest handling in advance. We use standard operating capacity, column jacks, our own fixtures and facilities for solving atypical products.

Smoother production thanks to separate drying
Nine paint booths and four separate drying ovens help keep orders flowing smoothly. Drying does not unnecessarily block paint booths, which is important for large parts and regularly repeated series.

Tests and inspection
We verify the quality of the surface through measurements, tests and reports
For demanding industrial parts, inspection is part of the process, not the last step before shipping. We measure and document the parameters that determine durability, appearance, adhesion, layer thickness and the fulfillment of customer requirements.
Thickness and composition of layers
Thickness measurement verifies that individual layers correspond to the proposed coating system and job requirements.
Tint, gloss and output report
For repeated orders and visible parts, we monitor the stability of appearance, measurement and traceable record.
Adhesion and cohesion
Cross-cut and pull-off tests show whether the coating adheres as required.
Salt spray resistance
Durability tests help demonstrate the suitability of a coating system for demanding environments and long-term corrosion protection.
Controlled process
Less handover between suppliers. More control over the result.
With surface treatments, risk often arises between individual steps: during handling, waiting after blasting, passing between suppliers, drying, inspection or packaging. That's why we manage the order as one controlled process from the receipt of the part to the shipment, and if necessary, we also include subsequent production operations in it, such as bonding, welding, assembly or the preparation of custom fixtures.
